We started with a Montreal spice profile which is traditionally just salt and heavy black pepper. But we added a little more garlic, some peppers and a few surprises to make our Spicy Black Pepper Garlic blend to be that go-to, sure-fire jar of goodness that works with beef but also with fries or veggies. Our crystalized cacao butters take this staple of your spice cabinet and turn it into searing perfection, so try it on your steaks when you grill too.

LEMON LIME

GOLDEN THYME

The citrus in Gumpel’s™ Lemon Lime Golden Thyme blend really show up. A coating of this blend adds the perfect amount of herby-brightness into your food and it’s great for veggies like cauliflower that don’t always have a direction on their own. Think of the bright citrus direction for fish and chicken too - it’s so good, it’s golden.
