Healthier than coconut fat, animal butters, peanut oil or any other fat that you might have on your shelf, cacao butter is the healthy natural fat that comes from the beans inside the cacao tree pod. Higher smoke point temperature

The temperature at which fats and oils begin to smoke is called the smoke point. It may cause a smoky kitchen or a funky taste. Because Air Fryers are VERY hot, this piece of information becomes really important when choosing the oils that are in your air fryer. Olive oil has a relatively high smoke point (of 320 - 405 degrees F), depending on which whether the olive oil is Extra Virgin, Light or processed. But the average air fryer fries quickly and crisply at temperatures well above 400 degrees F. Our cocoa butter has a smoke point more like peanut oil & coconut oils.
